Corinne M. Pierog has been involved in organizational development for 20 years and is a specialist in public sector businesses.  An accomplished leader Corinne has successfully revitalized programs and staff to meet a wide variety of challenges. As a consultant she is skilled in corporate management and staff development, helping clients to indentify innovative and sustainable solutions, Corinne M. Pierog
addressing operations, programs and finances by developing
consensus driving cooperative relationships with staff, directors and stakeholders. 

With a wide range of public sector business experience,
she has advised performing arts organizations, regional
festivals, and social service agencies to global health
initiatives. A consummate innovator, Corinne develops
and teaches classes in the area of leadership, non-profit
management, business, strategic management and board
governance.

She holds an MBA from Roosevelt University and a MA from San Francisco State University. Active in the community, Corinne was a candidate for the IL State Senate and currently serves as on the CUSD 303 School Board.


Laura Youngberg, MDiv has ten years of experience working with educational, non-governmental, and religious organizations.  As a certified trainer in Values Based Leadership, Laura is committed to helping organizations and individuals achieve shared purpose and meaningful productivity in their work Laura Youngberg, MDIV

For the past eight years, Laura has been involved in the design
and implementation of leadership programs for non-profit and international health organizations

Knowledgeable of the challenges faced by developing nations, in 2010 Laura led a site visit assessing the impact of a five year project incorporating leadership training for  ophthalmologists in Mongolia.  In that capacity, Laura was responsible for conducting one-on-one and group interviews with stakeholders including officials from the Mongolian Ministry of Health, and ophthalmologists working in hospital, medical school, and private clinics.  She co-facilitated a leadership training course for doctors, nurses, and medical students at the Maternal and Children’s Hospital in Ulaanbaatar. 

Laura holds a Master of Divinity from the University of Chicago and a BA from Sarah Lawrence College.  In addition to working with Sustainable Leadership Solutions, Laura also facilitates programs for Jobbing America, a nonprofit which offers targeted training programs and workshops for America’s job seekers and empowers participants with interviewing skills and tools to rebuild a career that aligns with their background, purpose and capabilities. She also serves on the Board of the Big Hearts Fund, an organization which supports dogs with canine heart disease.

W. Grant Peirce IV is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and a recognized expert in psychometric assessment and coaching. Grant currently
serves as the Founder and CEO of Peirce Group Organizational W. Grant Peirce IV
Effectiveness Consultants.

He is the author of the Character Foundations Assessment and
the creator of the Peirce Group Character Development Process
an assessment which measures and focuses on virtues, the building blocks of character. Grant has created over 20 psychometric assessments, published articles in academic journals, and presented papers at professional conferences.

Grant has over 19 years experience in managing high-impact performance improvement initiatives for domestic and global companies as well as in providing organizational diagnostics, intervention design, project implementation, and evaluation.
